How Minibus hire works with us
A minibus is the right answer when a group is too big for two cars and too small to justify a coach. Ours run from eleven-seat high-roof Sprinters up to twenty-four-seat executive vehicles with reclining seats, and every one comes with a driver, so nobody in the group gives up their night or wrestles a nine-metre vehicle into a Sydney car park. They fit suburban driveways, school gates and hotel forecourts that a full-size coach cannot reach, which is why they do most of the airport runs, club trips and celebrations we operate. Luggage is the thing to tell us about: a Sprinter has a rear bay, an executive minibus uses overhead and rear storage, and a large case for every seat changes which one we send.

Sizing the vehicle for Minibus hire
Start with the headcount, then adjust for what the group is carrying. A suitcase each, or a set of sporting gear, moves a booking up a size even when the seats already fit — which is why the quote form asks about luggage as well as passengers.

How many people actually fit on a minibus?
Seats are the easy part — luggage decides it. Eleven to fourteen passengers travelling light fit a high-roof Sprinter comfortably; the same group with a large case each is better on a bigger vehicle. Our quote form asks about bags for exactly that reason, and the recommendation sizes up rather than squeezing a group in.
Can I hire a minibus without a driver?
No. Every vehicle we operate is supplied with one of our own drivers. That is what our accreditation, insurance and maintenance schedule are built around, and it also means nobody in your group needs a light-rigid licence or has to stay sober all night.
Is a minibus cheaper than several taxis or rideshares?
For most groups over about eight people travelling together, yes — and the gap widens at night, under surge pricing, and whenever the group has luggage. The bigger difference is that everyone arrives at the same door at the same time, which is usually the reason for booking one vehicle in the first place.
