What a pick-up in Inner West is actually like
The Inner West is home ground: our yard is in Marrickville, so vehicles heading to Newtown, Leichhardt, Burwood and Ashfield start close by. The trade-off is the streets themselves — plenty of inner west terraces and venues sit on roads a full-size coach should not attempt, so we will often recommend a minibus or a midi-coach for access rather than for headcount. We check the pickup address before the day and, where it will not work, agree a nearby point that does. Airport runs are short from here, which makes the Inner West one of the cheapest parts of Sydney to move a group out of.
