Seat counts are the vehicle's rated capacity and exclude the driver. Luggage capacity varies by vehicle, so tell us what is travelling as well as who.
Sizing your group
Which vehicle do I need?
Start with the headcount, then adjust for what the group is carrying. A suitcase each or a set of sporting gear can move a booking up a size even when the seats fit — which is why the quote form asks about luggage as well as passengers.

Sitting just over a seat threshold?
Twenty-five passengers is the most expensive place to be: one seat past a twenty-four-seat minibus and into a midi-coach. If a couple of people can travel separately, or if the list is still moving, tell us both numbers and we will quote both ways so you can see the difference before you commit.
Groups larger than one coach
Past 60 passengers a group travels on two or more coaches. We plan it as one job with one run sheet, one contact and staggered loading so the second coach is not sitting in a bus zone waiting for the first — which is the part that goes wrong when a broker books two operators.
Let the form work it out
Enter the passenger count and what the group is bringing, and the quote form recommends a vehicle before you send anything. You can override it — it is a suggestion, not a gate.

Accessible vehicles
Wheelchair-equipped vehicles with hoists are available across the size range. Tell us the number of wheelchair positions when you enquire so the right vehicle is assigned and loading time is allowed in the schedule.
Seat belts for school work
Seat belts are fitted across the vehicles we assign to school and youth bookings, and the specific vehicle is named in your written quote so the school office can put it on file.
If a vehicle fails
A replacement comes out of our own yard rather than from whoever else has a bus free that morning. Owning the fleet is what makes that a promise rather than a hope.
